founded by Betty Lambeck in 2004.
Speak Up! Speak Out! was founded by Betty to utilize stage techniques to overcome the fright typically felt by those unaccustomed to public speaking. The business and the mission grew to include workshop training for volunteer boards to make meetings more productive, define and maintain clear goals, boost outcomes, and avoid conflict. Betty's resume includes:
- 2 terms as elected Town Councillor; Eastern Ontario
- 20 years on stage and off as actress, producer, stage manager
